Googleand Samsung use minimalist AODs, so their battery life is less impacted when it is on, compared to apple's full screen AODs approach. All of them uses LTPO panels at similar sizes and resolution (probably all made by Samsung anyway). When off, their rankings pretty much revert back to their SoC's efficiency.
